If you need precise 2D drawings then we recommend you the 3D Scanning & 2D Drawings package. 3D Scanning will be performed inside the building and optionally outside to determine the thickness of the exterior walls.

3D scanning is recommended in this case because after the vectorization of the point cloud we will determine very precisely the thicknesses of walls and pillars, interior geometry (partitions), gap elements (doors and windows) stairs and parapets, the position of beams, etc.

The drawings can be of 2D type with the representation only of the flat elements but they can also contain altimetric elements: position and height of the beams, height of the ceilings, dimensions of the floors, etc.

Following the processing of the measurements performed by 3D Scanning, the registration report results, which represents an indicator of precision and quality of the entire scanning, registration and georeferencing process.

It is the primary product resulting from the process of scanning, registration, georeferencing, cleaning, filtering and decimation. Delivery is usually made in the following format:

.rcp - compatible with Autodesk Recap (free software )
.e57 - compatible with most software on the market

2D drawings

Through the process of vectorization of the point cloud, the 2D drawings of the measured building are generated. The 2D drawings will be delivered in digital format:

.dwg - compatible with AutoCad and most CAD software
.pdf - compatible with Acrobat Reader (free version)
